This feature allows individuals, designated by school administrators, to view the progress of any student by giving them access to grades, etc. Counselors will quickly get access by entering student names or numbers. This provides a real time "snapshot" of assessments when conversing with parents or reviewing a student's performance.
Manager Feature
This feature allows individuals, designated by school administrators, to view teachers and courses that are active in their school to assess usage. (They can't view grades, etc.). The Manager Feature provides the invaluable benefit of being able to manage courses abandoned by a teacher leaving the school. The manager will have the ability to transfer courses, data, students and grades to the replacement teacher.
